Hello fiber friends!

For any of you who are watching the Game of Wool (special thanks to VPNs and YouTube for those of us outside of the UK!) and want to know what knits (and crochet) pieces the contestants are wearing in each episode, I'm scouring the internet so you don't have to!

For those I couldn't find the exact pattern, I've included links to similar patterns in case you want to cast on another project:

Are we sensing a theme? Ailsa's jumper was another vintage pattern, available through Knitting & Crochet Guild: the Lavenda Rainbow Jumper from the 1940's.

I did not win the internet sleuth award for Dipti's crochet sweater(dress?). My best guess is it was a freehand design using the classic granny stripe stitch.

Holger was in a vintage pattern, the Glenn Vest by Patons & Baldwins. It looks like he made some slight modifications to have the cable in the center line up with a stronger neckline. It's all in the details!

Issac's was also hard to find, so we have two "inspired by" patterns if you're interested: Moroccan, Multicoloured Waistcoat by Vogue Knitting (minus the buttons) The Academic by Skeindeer Knits

Staying cozy this week in the Cleo Cardigan by Rachel Kurihara, Lydia did us a solid and shared the pattern on her Instagram so I didn't have to go down the Ravelry rabbit hole!

Ok so the third episode wasn't the charm for Simon to get the wear some knitwear memo. Let's see if he keeps this up all season!

Stephanie my have given crochet a go, but she stuck to a classic Basket Weave Cardigan from Paintbox Yarns in a bulky weight while she did!

Tracy is our shawl queen! This week she's in another Stephen West shawl, the Slipstravaganza.
