Our Mission
Stitch ‘n Bitch is a cozy crafting community where fiber artists of all mediums and skill levels can gather, share their passion, exchange tips, showcase their projects, and yes—occasionally “bitch”. We prioritize creating inclusive and welcoming communities where people who knit, crochet, sew, embroider and more can find their people. Join us to share your triumphs, troubleshoot your challenges, and connect with fellow fiber artists who speak your language.

About Stitch 'n Bitch
The Gist
Stitch 'n Bitch is a collection of social groups dedicated to bringing fiber artists together (IRL) worldwide. Some groups are affiliated with a local library, university, geographic region, city or neighborhood - they are as diverse as their members!
Originating from knitting social groups established by women during World War II, the Stitch'n Bitch groups of today have evolved to connect a wide variety of fiber art enthusiasts:
-
crochet
-
knitting
-
embroidery
-
sewing
-
yarn making
-
and so many more
Most groups today have a regular meeting date/time and location and are organized hyper-locally. Some are hosted in coffee shops, parks, community buildings, bar lounges...anywhere we can find!
